You are what you think you are

Positive Attitude

Henry Ford, the famous car maker once said, “Whether you think you can or can’t, you’re right.” And this is one of the truest statements you’ve ever come across no matter how many different ways you can say it, or write it. You are what you think you are. No wonder Descartes once declared, “I think therefore I am.”

You may come across such quotations on Twitter and Facebook these days and you may retweet them or share them and then move on with your life, but they actually hold the essence of your being. Our thoughts make us what we are and among the toils of everyday life we fail to realise this.

When I say that your thinking makes you what you are I don’t mean to say that if you have physical disability you are actually thinking that way or when your property has been burned down you were actually thinking in those terms. No, I don’t mean that. Your thinking comes into force in your reaction to various circumstances in life, that’s what makes you stand out and be in a commanding position. Beethoven couldn’t control his hearing impairment but this didn’t stop him from creating immortal melodies.

You cannot control external forces and incidents, but what you can control is your reaction.

You are poor, short of cash right now, fine, acceptable. But do you want to perpetuate this condition by thinking that no matter what happens, no matter how hard you try you are never going to get rich or financially comfortable? Or do you think things are completely in your control and you just need to persevere? Do you think life is just a collection of vicissitudes or do you think your present circumstances are the sum total of all your big and small decisions you have taken and attitudes you have developed so far whether you can recollect them or not at this moment?

Your mind is your body

Isn’t there a spring in your walk when you are feeling happy? Remember that moment when you have just fallen in love with somebody and you are going to meet him or her? You’re eager to take on the world just to be with that person. The entire universe seems to be in your favour. There is a bounce in your walk and even if you have recently been ill you no longer feel the weakness.

It’s not that all of a sudden you have grown stronger and the world has turned utopian. It is your state of mind. Since at that time your mind is full of positivity everything around you and inside you is in complete harmony.

Let’s now, for the sake of an example, see the other side.

You reach the place where you are supposed to meet your loved one and you see him or her in someone else’s embrace, passionately kissing. The world crumbles right in front of your eyes. All of a sudden everything is hostile. The energy is drained out of your body. The world is no longer bright and full of opportunities and there is no strength in you to take on the world. For all you care the whole world can go to hell.

You see the difference? Physically no harm has been done to you but you totally feel sick. You just want to crash on your bed.

What happened?

Your mental state has changed.

A man with no limbs crossed the English Channel.

It was his mental state that saw him through.

Everything is in your mind. If you can control your mind, you can control your body, you can control your destiny.

Is the ability to control your mind an extraordinary feat?

Not at all. You can easily train your mind to think in a different manner. Positive thinking is not an inherent trait, you can develop it, you can practice it and you can assimilate it.

What do you need in order to do that?

First of all you have to accept the potential of your mind. Trying out things half-heartedly will take you nowhere. Have faith in your mind. Keep in mind that there is blind faith and there is logical faith.

If you think that you can fly by flapping your arms, maybe you need to rethink. But if you think you can improve your financial condition, surely you can do that. It is something very real. You constantly come across rags to riches stories — they are not miracles. Sometimes the problem with these stories is that the writers only talk about success without paying due attention to all the effort and perseverance that goes into attaining that success. That is why most of us think that being highly successful, be it careerwise or in other fields, is a matter of luck. It is not. It is a matter of making up your mind and then giving your passion all that you have.

This also applies to online business. Many people think that since most of the things are freely available on the Internet you don’t have to put in much effort. This is where the downfall starts. FREE doesn’t mean no effort. It just means an opportunity. After that you have to utilise that opportunity to your advantage.

So how can you develop a positive mind?

As I have said above, you can train your mind to think positively. I will just get you started with a single suggestion and afterwards you can develop your own plan and share it here in the comments section.

With what frame of mind do you get up in the morning? Decide to get up bright and full of positive hope. When you open your eyes think of all the opportunities that await you. Be thankful that you can breathe. Quickly go through all the positive things that you have in your life and be thankful about them. If you’re religious thank God for giving you another day of life. Think about all the great things that you can do immediately after getting up.

Have a poster on your wall that you can immediately see after waking: Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life.

How to enjoy a peaceful sleep

Enjoying a peaceful sleep

Having a good, peaceful sleep at night is not only important for cellular rebuilding, it is also crucial for the full functioning of your subconscious mind because it is most active when you are in deep sleep.

Do you have trouble sleeping? Some people can go to sleep immediately and for some it takes a while. And then there are those who cannot sleep at all and they keep awake up till the wee hours of the morning and while the rest of the world is ready to embark upon a new journey, they fall asleep. And is it possible to get a nice, restful sleep while the rest of the world around you is awake and buzzing with all sorts of activities? Hardly.

Sleeplessness, or insomnia can be both medical as well as lifestyle related. In this blog post we’re going to deal with it in terms of your lifestyle. How does your lifestyle affect how you sleep? Here are a few lifestyle traits that stop you from enjoying a peaceful sleep at night and keep you tossing and turning:

  • A big baggage of worries: Worries are an integral part of your life but it doesn’t mean you should bring them to your bed. If you have got lots of worries inside your head you won’t be able to fall asleep because your mind is in hyper mode. It is constantly looking for solutions and since it is not able to find them it creates a jumbled mess of emotions. You grow tense and your blood pressure increases and the mental quietude that is needed to put you to sleep is not there.
  • Absence of a routine: Your body has its own clock and adjusts itself according to your routine. If you don’t have a fixed time of going to bed it is difficult for you to fall asleep.
  • Lack of enough exercise and physical activity: Your muscles need to feel tired in order for you to feel relaxed and sleepy. Proper exercise helps you release toxins and clears your minds off cobwebs.
  • Wrong choice of foods and beverages: There are certain foods and beverages that can kill your sleep. For instance, if you have too much caffeine or sweet foods before going to bed it will be harder for you to fall asleep.
  • Too many negative emotions: Negative emotions like hatred, jealousy and a guilty conscience can stop you from falling into a peaceful sleep.
  • An uncomfortable environment: It can be your uncomfortable bed, the bedsheet under you, lots of noise coming from either outside or from within the household, multiple disturbances and countless other factors that can obstruct your sleep.

The list of reasons can go on and on but these are some fundamental factors that affect your peaceful sleep.

Why you need a peaceful sleep to prosper?

As mentioned above, sleep is not just for giving your body a rest (although it is one of the most important reasons for sleeping) it is also that your subconscious mind is at its most creative when you are in deep sleep. Whether you realise it or not the most complex solutions to your problems come to you when you’re sleeping.

Just try to recall how fresh and charged up you feel when you have had a nice, uninterrupted, peaceful sleep. You’re ready to take on the world and all the challenges it carries. The day is brighter and it brims with positivity. You can do anything you want to do. Now imagine it happening everyday. A good sleep has the potential of totally turning around your life.

How to enjoy a peaceful sleep?

How to sleep peacefully

  • Develop a routine: This is one of the most essential first steps towards achieving a peaceful sleep. You can’t just tell your body to go to sleep any time you feel like. It needs to get used to a particular time. So if you decide to sleep at 10:30 PM in the evening, then make sure you are in bed at that time. Of course from day one you won’t be able to fall asleep but you will need to persist with your timing. Also decide when you are going to get up. For this you need to know how much sleep your body requires. Assuming you need seven hours of sleep, then set your alarm at 5:30 AM or 6 AM in the morning. Then make sure you get up.
  • Start preparing for sleep time in advance: All activities like checking e-mails, heated discussions on phone, highly charged up programs on television and arguments must stop at least two hours before its time to go to sleep. Staring at the computer screen disturbs your sleeping pattern. This problem specifically manifests among those who manage an online business from home. They seem to be constantly working because there are no clearly-defined working hours unlike in a conventional office. Try to get into a peaceful mood.
  • Inculcate some physical activity that tires you: Our body needs to recharge broken and spent cells but if you are not breaking any cells by physical activity your body won’t get the sleep signals. Go for long walks or brisk jogging at least 3-4 times a week. Do some physical work if your professional work is sedentary. Use stairs instead of the elevator or the escalator. Use your bicycle to visit your neighbourhood market instead of your vehicle. Be creative.
  • Get rid of negative emotions: Emotions like anger, hatred, envy and sadness can totally kill your state or sleepiness. Try to reason yourself out of such thoughts. Talk to yourself. Worrying solves nothing and worse, it affects your health negatively. This is not a one-day process. You may need to sort out issues that give you these negative feelings. Sort them out for the sake of a peaceful sleep because sleeping peacefully will certainly change your life for better. It may also have an impact on things, people and factors that elicit all those negative emotions.
  • Make a positive difference in someone’s life during the day: Making people happy rids you of many negative emotions. Get associated with a cause. Do something good. Help your neighbour. Visit the neighbourhood old-age home and spend some time with the elderly, chatting with them, reading to them and sharing their life experiences. Even if you can’t do that every day, at least keep aside a couple of days of the week to indulge in some good work. You feel quite relaxed by the end of the day when you know that you have done something to make this world a slightly better place for someone.
  • Read something relaxing: Reading in your bed is one of the best ways of putting yourself to sleep especially what you’re reading is relaxing and likeable. Avoid horror stories and thrillers. Read something that is motivational and soothing. Morality, religion, spirituality and philosophy are some good topics.
  • Cut-off excessive light: If lots of street light filters into your bedroom, use dark curtains over your windows. If you need light in your room, use the night bulb, preferably dark blue or dark green.
  • Have a comfortable bed: If you spend your nights tossing and turning your bed might be a big culprit. Is the mattress underneath fine? Does it support your back properly. Do you have a pillow that appropriately supports your head at the right angle? Is your bed sheet soft and comfy enough?
  • Have a bath: Bathing in the evening just a few minutes before going to bed is known to induce relaxation and sleep. It opens up your skin pores and lets the air flow through them fluently. Also a cleaner body reaches a relaxed state faster.

Different things work for different people so you will have to find out yourself exactly what helps you enjoy a peaceful sleep. While making provisions for a nice sleep, again, it’s not just about getting rest, it’s also about letting your subconscious become active and help you take professional decisions that you can’t take otherwise. When you sleep peacefully, you can sleep your way to prosperity.

Keyword Research: why it is important for building your backlinks

Keyword Research

Keywords are very important if you want to get targeted traffic from different search engines. They decide what sort of people are going to visit your website or blog. They give you direction when you’re preparing your content and help you decide what you want to communicate and what sort of language you want to use.

While preparing content for your website or blog you must spend ample amount of time doing keyword research. Preparing content for your website or blog takes up lots of time and effort, and if you end up using wrong keywords and key phrases, all your effort will go waste. That is why it is crucial to know what are the important keywords and key phrases for your particular business before setting out to creating content.

Keyword research is also important for your backlink building campaign.

First, let us quickly understand what are backlinks and why you need backlinks.

So what are backlinks?

Backlinks

In order to improve your search engine rankings there are two types of search engine optimisations, viz., on-site and off-site. On-site optimisation, as the name suggests, has got everything to do with how your website is designed, how you have used the source code, what keywords and key phrases you have focused upon while creating content on your website, and how you have arranged and formatted that content. There are many more things that go into on-site search engine optimisation, but these are the basic steps you need to take.

Then comes off-site optimisation. This means getting backlinks from other websites and blogs. In SEO circles this is also called page rank: how many quality websites or blogs are linking back to your website or blog.

Why do you need backlinks?

Major search engines like Google and Bing take backlinks as a validation. You can copiously talk about how great your website is, but unless other people endorse the quality of your website, it hardly matters. If you have good content, if the information present on your website is relevant and useful, people are bound to link to it, and when they link to it, they basically tell the search engines that your website is good enough to be ranked well.

When people link to your website or one of your pages, you get backlinks. The more people link to you, the more backlinks you have and the more backlinks you have the stronger is your trustworthiness among ranking algorithms.

Relation between backlinks and keywords

Keywords and Backlinks

Backlinks are basically hyperlinks; they are called backlinks simply because they are hyperlinks linking back to your website or blog or one of your links. Links use text and that text is called “hypertext”.

If you look at the source code of a hypertext it appears something like this:

<a href=”great-online-marketing-tips.html”>Great Online Marketing Tips</a>

Whatever appears between <a> and </a> is hypertext.

Search engine algorithms take hypertext very seriously. This is because, this text is so important that a complete link is dedicated to it. It is not normal text. Take for instance the phrase “make online money”. If this phrase appears on its own, it doesn’t matter much, but since here it is being linked to a different URL, you are telling search engines that that URL contains lots of information about making money online. This means, the link being linked to holds more significance for this particular phrase.

Hence it is very important that right keywords are used when people are linking back to your website or blog. Backlinks have a great significance for your website or blog, but only when the hypertext used with them contains the right words.

How to research the right keywords for your backlinks building campaign?

  • Use your common sense: Think from the point of view of your visitors rather than your own. When they need to search for something that you are offering, what keywords or expressions would they use on their favourite search engine? In as simple language as possible, write down all the uses and benefits of your product or service, and then derive your keywords out of that list.
  • Use keyword research tools:
Adwords keywordsThere are plenty of online keyword research tools (for instance, this nifty keyword research tool), some are paid and some are free. One of the most widely used keyword research tools is of course the Google AdWords tool. It’s pretty easy to use. Enter a keyword, or a URL, and it spits out all possible keywords being used in order to find the topic of your interest. It also tells you on a monthly and regional basis how many people use these keywords to conduct searches. You don’t need to read much into the statistics, they are just an estimate.

Keyword research, backlinks and article marketing

It all eventually boils down to how you execute your article marketing strategy. Unless you pay them for putting your link, most people will link back to you when you provide them free articles that they can publish on their websites or blogs. For more details on exactly how article marketing works, refer to this blog post titled What is article spinning, exactly how it works, and does Google think of it as spamming?

Publishing articles on different websites in order to build backlinks takes lots of effort and time and many times it is not possible to create original content. As mentioned in the link above, spinning is the right solution for you. Here is a good online tool to spin your articles and create 100s of “original” articles out of a single article.

Finally, while preparing articles for the sake of building back links, it is not only important to use the right keywords within the articles, it is also important to use them within the hyperlink that links back to your website. If you cannot directly supply the source code for your resource box (where your backlink appears, normally below your article), you can request the Webmaster or the blogger who is going to publish your article to use the right keywords while preparing your backlinks.

Is Your Email Marketing System Setup Correctly?… Find Out Here!

Ok, I’ve been busy this week installing products on other people’s servers and updating their autoresponder sequence. This has also given me a chance to look at where some people are currently going wrong and what some are doing right and what you might need to do to improve. If you’ve been online for a while this may not apply to you, however you may pick up some nuggets of information from my perspective. Please have a read below…

1. Always enable double-opt in for free first time subscribers – The problem with giving free content away is that people may not take you seriously enough and enter any old information in your optin form – just so they can get stuff for free. If you’re redirecting them straight to a thank you page (like how I usually setup my system), then you’ve just given away something for nothing whilst adding a duff email to your autoresponder list. Get 1000+ signups like this and you’d think you’ve got quite a good list however you’ll soon realize that you’re not getting anyone’s attention when you send out an email in future. The worse part of that is it’s costing you to have those false emails on your autoresponder account! So again I repeat, make sure you have ‘double-optin’ enabled for first time free subscribers and make them CONFIRM their email before you give them anything. There is an exception to this rule and I’ll get onto that in a minute.

2. Look professional and always hand out great content! – Your website and the content you dish out has to look like it’s worth something – even if it is free! Take the time to brush up your sales copy, your graphics, your video presentation, your free report, etc. and your visitor will take the time to subscribe to you. Don’t fall under the impression that list building is just about ‘list building’. It’s about building trust and loyalty – something that money can’t buy. You want to make an impression right from the beginning to the end. So stand out from other marketers who just copy and paste a web form code into a blank what page!

3. Have a followup sequence in place – whatever you gave away for free there is surely more value information you can provide on a weekly basis in a series of emails no matter what niche you’re in. For example, I plan to create a ‘free product creation’ course in the future and will have email content delivered at least once a week with actionable steps for the subscriber. At the same time I will be recommending some of my related products along the way. When I was setting up the email accounts those that wanted the install service, I was shocked to see how there was no follow-up in place. I understand that most are beginners, however it’s always a good idea to get into the habit to have a sequence in place. What happens if you don’t?… Well your subscribers will forget that they even signed up to your site or why they signed up in the first place and when you come to email them about your new product release they’re going to report it as spam or unsubscribe.

4. Build a substantial list of 1000 or more before you start sending out broadcast emails – let’s be real for a second… If you have 100 free subscribers on your mailing list, don’t expect miracles to happen when you send out a promotion. Sure 100 double opt-in subscribers are better than 100 single opt-ins but not everyone is going to open your emails, let alone read them – or click your link. I see some sort of panic occur when beginners have a few hundred people on their list and are sending out broadcast emails nearly every day but not getting many clicks. Your time is better spent promoting your squeeze page in forums, builidng more backlinks, and builidng your list. Leave your auto-responder follow-up sequence to take care of the rest and send out a broadcast when you have more subscribers.

5. Expect a 2-5% open rate. That’s right… it might not sound like a lot but 2-5% is what you can expect when you build your list. It might not sound like a lot but once you start automating your traffic either with some software, or articles, or master resell right product, or through hyperlinks in viral reports or by outsourcing your list will grow fast. These numbers are based on my email campaigns and vary depending on which group of subscribers I mail. So with a list of 1000 (which can be built within a matter of weeks, days if you really pushed yourself), expect 20-50 people to click and read your emails – and yes you can still pick up sales. This is how I started off.

6. Expect 90%+ clicks for every opened email. I my experience the majority of people that open my email will click the link inside – whether it’s an offer or a free gift. If you’re not getting at least 90% clicks / opens then you need to look at the message of your email. Is there a strong call to action? Have you given your subscriber a reason to click? Have you make your reader even curious as to what’s around the corner? Do you even have a link in your email? ;) Try to avoid short emails that don’t explain much. There are already too many marketers and guru’s doing this where they send a few lines in an email telling you to look at something now. What you should be doing is explaining and pre-selling in the email and then linking off to your promoting after. This way you’ll always get a better receiption from your readers.

7. Segregate your free subscribers from your buyers. When I was setting up the email campaigns for Magic Affiliate Cash I realized that no one had a list of buyers and subscribers. Either you’re not selling a product to build your buyer’s list or you’re not subscribing your buyers at all.

Let me quickly explain why you should have two lists per product you sell. The first list is your eCourse. This is where you give free information away to educate and pre-sell and to remind your subscriber that you have a product to sell. The second list is your buyers list. When a visitor or someone on your eCourse decides to buy your product DON’T send them directly to the download page – instead ask them to sign up. This will allow you to follow-up with more emails and promotions closely related to what they have just bought.

When I installed Magic Affiliate Cash for the handful of people that opted for the installation service I created a list for free subscribers with a 7 day follow-up eCourse. I then create a list for buyers with 21 follow-up email sequence spaced about a week apart. When someone on the eCourse eventually buys, they’re unsubscribed from the free list and subscribed to the buyers list and receive the next series of follow-up emails. Just imagine now from the customer’s point of view how well they’re looked after!

If I’ve missed anything out, or if there’s a question you want answered on this subject please reply below and I’ll answer asap. Thanks for taking the time to read!

What does it truly mean to be “rich”?

Being truly rich

What makes you rich? At what point of your life you can say to yourself and to the world around you, “I am rich.”

Being rich has different meanings for different individuals, but in the more conventional sense, according to prevailing opinions, when you have lots of money you are considered to be rich. This is not totally false. Money is a big security. Many things in life are meaningless if you don’t have sufficient money with you.

Financial security, both for you and for your loved ones must be your utmost concern if you want to live and prosper amidst contemporary social dynamics.

There was a time when money didn’t matter. Money didn’t exist. All you needed was the ability to hunt, nurture, control or fight the enemy. That’s what made you influential.

But in the conventional world, money and influence go hand-in-hand. So yes, when you have lots of money, you can say that, “I am rich.”

Are you truly?

Wondering why on a blog that primarily talks about ways to make money online I’m trying to create doubts about becoming rich?

I neither want to burst your bubble nor want to sound needlessly philosophical but only having money doesn’t make you really rich. The definition of being rich is rather more complex. You’re not rich if you have lots of money.

Being rich is a state of mind

Being rich is a state of mind

You’re rich when you have attained sustainable financial independence and a balanced, joyful way of living.

Being rich has got more to do with your mind and less to do with your bank account (although eventually the richness manifests through your bank account but that’s another issue)

Sounds idealistic?

Not at all. It is the most practical way of looking at things.

Unfortunately, we realise this when we have reached the point of no return.

Let’s speak in less idealistic and more practical terms, shall we?

Do you know that three-quarters of our illnesses originate from the way we think and spend our days? We severe social ties, we spend all our time trying to figure out things, we fret and fume and lose sleep over a thousand big and small issues. We are in a constant grip of tension and restlessness.

Many people lose their health over being rich. Yes, they become rich – rich enough to afford expensive treatment. Isn’t it ironic?

There is a positive aspect to that. This means you can avoid three-quarters of your illnesses by simply changing your mindset.

More on this later.

Healthier, happier way to being rich

Be happy while being rich

Being rich doesn’t mean you have to slog all day and constantly worry about how much you have made and how much you have lost. Again, money is important, but it isn’t everything. Money is a byproduct of your state of mind. It is not an end, it is just a means to an end.

That is why the wise always say, “Whatever you do, do your best and money will follow you.”

Money doesn’t come to you because you desperately want it, it comes to you when you are worth it.

So instead of perpetually worrying about making money, nurture a creative mind. A creative mind is a healthy mind. Create joy for yourself and people around you. Strive for a healthier, happier world and soon you will discover, even less money is more than sufficient for you.

Nurturing a creative mind in order to be rich

positive outlook

The moment you become conscious of your Creative Mind you begin to feel rich. More than becoming rich, you need to FEEL rich. You can feel rich by

  1. Having a positive attitude towards yourself
  2. Knowing exactly what makes you happy
  3. Loving your work rather than its outcome (money)
  4. Recognising your true potential and working on it
  5. Weeding out emotions and actions that have no place in your happier lifestyle
  6. Appreciating what you have rather than sulking about what you don’t
  7. Making money for the reason higher than simply being rich

All these actions can be encouraged by a creative mind. Your creative mind can help you change your perception of yourself and once you start thinking differently of yourself, you begin to become rich.

Now coming back to that three-quarters of lifestyle illnesses issue.

This has also got a lot to do with your creative mind, with your state of mind. You think you should exercise? Then don’t just think, exercise, even for a few minutes every day. Being healthy also means being rich because after all, what’s more important than your health. Just because you’re not feeling safe today and you can afford to skip exercising, it doesn’t mean it is not going to take its toll two years down the line.

Do you think you need to spend more time with your kids, with your spouse, with your friends or even at the parish? Then do that. What’s stopping you?

Remember that your work seems insurmountable only because you think it is insurmountable. Take your work positively. Take it as a blessing. Feel good about it, feel joyful. How do you do that?

By letting your creative mind think that way.

So the next time when the question comes up, “What does it truly mean to be rich?” consider having a creative and positive mind as an option too.

What is article spinning, exactly how it works, and does Google think of it as spamming?

Benefits of article spinning

Article spinning in simple language means rewriting the same article multiple times using different words and by rearranging the same content in various ways. Whenever it is difficult to create original topics and themes for articles, people working on content marketing strategies often resort to spinning existing articles, either manually with the help of writers, or by using spinning algorithms and tools.

Let us first see why we need to produce and reproduce articles on an ongoing basis.

The importance of article marketing and why it works

Articles on the Internet are primarily written for three purposes (in terms of marketing, that is), viz.:

  1. Increasing the density of keywords-oriented content under your own domain, and hence, improve your search engine rankings for the relevant keywords and other related search terms
  2. Getting high-quality backlinks from article directories, blogs and content-based websites as they publish your articles and link to you via your bylines; due to page rank guidelines from Google and other search engines it is important how many and what sort of websites are linking back to you
  3. Creating buzz on your social media and social networking profiles in order to make your content go viral and consequently, increase traffic to your website or blog

Article marketing is one of the oldest forms of online marketing (along with e-mail marketing) simply because it doesn’t involve overwhelming expenses, especially if you can create your own articles. All you need is lots of time at your disposal and an ability to express yourself via the written word. Many entrepreneurs have created mini online business empires simply due to their article-writing abilities.

Even if you hire a regular content writer, article marketing is a lot cheaper compared to other marketing channels online and off-line.

Now, all these tactics are interrelated and you cannot ignore one at the cost of another. What does this mean?

The need for spinning articles

You constantly need content, whether you call it articles or blog posts. You need articles for scores of places and all those places that claim to be reputed (for instance ezinearticles.com) demand original articles. Original doesn’t mean you have to come up with a unique topic, it just means the text appearing in your article shouldn’t have already appeared at another location on the Internet. So what do you do? You rewrite the same article using different words in order to get it published at different places. As already mentioned above, you can rewrite articles manually or you can use software for that.

You can also publish multiple articles talking about the same thing under your own domain name as long as the wording is different.

Spintax format of spinning articles

Different spinning algorithms and tools use different spinning formats and one of those formats is called Spintax that basically stands for “spins syntax”.

Since article spinning means using identical words for the same article you can use a combination of words to create a single sentence. Take for instance the sentence:

This {article|piece of content|blog post} is being written using {GoogleDocs|an online word processor|a cloud-based word processor}.

The same message is being conveyed using three sentences:

  1. This article is being written using GoogleDocs.
  2. This piece of content is being written using an online word processor.
  3. This blog post is being written using a cloud-based word processor.

In fact, a more advanced spinning tool can use Spintax to create even more sentences using different combinations of the words separated by the vertical bar “|”, for instance, another sentence could be

This article is being written using a cloud-based word processor.

And so on.

It’s not necessary that Spintax uses the vertical bar to separate optional words, sometimes it also uses “~”.

Can article spinning be done manually using a word processor or a text editor

Sure it can be done using the global find/replace command of your word processor or text editor. Refer back to the previous group of sentences. Instead of using the Spintax format you can simply write one sentence like:

This article is being written using GoogleDocs.

You can easily insert your word processor to replace every instance of GoogleDocs with “an online word processor”.

Similarly, you can replace every occurrence of “article” with “piece of content”.

Of course this can take lots of time and that is why people prefer to use various spinning software applications.

Outsourcing the job of article spinning

Software is after all software and it might not be able to do a perfect job of spinning your articles. Besides, it seems too mechanical to the discerning eye, especially if you’re a serious business cautious of your online image. In this case the best option for you would be outsource the job to a capable content writer. You don’t need to hire a specialist, just someone who is well versed with the art of writing and creating multiple copies of the same article with different expressions. Such articles, if well-written, sound as good as the original articles and nobody can tell the difference between the rewritten article and the original article.

Using spinning software for creating multiple copies of the same article

Super Article Spinner

If there is time as well as money crunch the best option for you would be using a spinning software. My personal recommendation is the Super Article Spinner.

The problem with off-the-shelf article spinning tools is that they simply reshuffle the words that will give you around 30-50% uniqueness which is not enough for Google. In fact this can get you penalised. You need something that can totally change your article despite sticking to the original theme of it. Super Article Spinner uses the proprietary “mass variation” technique to create 100s of variations of a single article with almost 100% uniqueness factor. You have to use the software in order to experience its true power. Give it a try.

Fight Off Fatigue And Hopelessness! Learn To Take Steps Every Day Even If They Seem Small And Miniscule!

Avoiding small-business fatigue and hopelessness

As a small business owner, being able to work on your own is perhaps one of the biggest blessings you have but it also comes with its own set of problems, and among the most prominent ones is being hit by physical as well as psychological fatigue, and consequently, feeling hopeless.

You see, when you’re working on your own, mostly you are working alone. There are no co-workers, you are not commuting everyday and bumping into new, interesting people and situations and different responsibilities are not allocated to different people.

Everyday there are same old walls, same old desk, same old routine stuff and the same old dog always wanting to go out and pee. It is a journey from one room to another or at the most one floor to another.

Fine, all of us who have families get to be with our families all the time, but after a while it becomes sort of a drag, especially when success takes its own good time to manifest.

On top of that, you have to do everything, and it means EVERYTHING.

You are your own boss and you’re also your own janitor. You answer phone calls and e-mails and sometimes also the doorbell. You take care of your computer whenever there is some problem with the hardware or software. You’re constantly networking on online forums, blogs and social networking websites to increase traffic to your website. You’re always tweaking your website to make it more profitable. You’re always adding new content, and updating existing content. You’re constantly worried about making both ends meet until you succeed. And while you’re at home you might as well drop the kids to the school and get them back too and in between fetch groceries and pay the bills while you’re at it.

After a while it becomes an interminable litany of tasks that never seem to end. You constantly feel tired, and worse, you begin wondering, “Is it really worth it?”

Take preventive measures before the wave of this feeling hits the shores of your existence.

As mentioned above, being able to own your own business is one of the best thing that could have happened to you but it takes some time before you can let yourself lose. Every new business takes its toll during its baby steps. Later on, when you encounter some success you can hire people and even if you don’t want to hire people, there is enough backup and you can always take occasional breaks.

But what do you do in the meantime? Here are a few small steps you can take on a regular basis to keep fatigue and hopelessness at bay

Take regular, smaller breaks

Take small breaks

You don’t have to go on a vacation to Hawaii or some exotic Mediterranean destination each time you’re feeling a bit down or tired. Even smaller, regular breaks can be rejuvenating. And I’m not talking about breaks like driving out of the city with your family or going to the beach that is 100 miles away. Just go to the local park with your family and spend a relaxing afternoon there. Take some time to play with your pet. Make it a point that once a day you indulge in an activity that is lots of fun.

Avoid working for long hours

Avoid working for long hours

Various studies have shown that we begin to get unproductive after 90 minutes of continuous work. After that, it is simply slogging and we aren’t achieving much. So take a break. Go outside. Have a chat with your spouse, your girlfriend or boyfriend, your kid, or whoever happens to be around you. Even if you’re alone, just go outside and stretch your legs and arms. A roof can always be a good place for some sun.

Don’t spend this break time sitting in front of your computer posting messages on Facebook and Twitter or reading blogs aimlessly. Taking a break actually means getting up from your chair and going somewhere else.

Have an active social life

Have an active social life

An active social life is not just mentally stimulating it also keeps you active physically. When you have friends or a social circle you often attend gatherings, lunches and dinners, parties and outings. You go on drives. You meet your friends for drinks at a local pub or bar. You might also want to join a gym to catch up with them while you all exercise. There is also a good chance of coming across new ideas and opinions that you can apply to your own life.

It often happens that when you start working on your own and if most of your friends are employed somewhere else a disconnect happens and no common ground remains. So you might have to make an extra effort, but it’s worth it. We are a gregarious species and being alone all the time is not natural.

Join a cause

Join a cause

Do you feel passionate about working for the betterment of the environment? Do you crave to help the poor and the underprivileged? Do you want the society to get rid of all the ills that leave its foundations beleaguered? Do you want to make a difference in one way or another?

Then don’t just think about it; reach out to the people and causes you can relate to and contribute productively. Don’t think that it is going to affect your business and you will end up neglecting it. On the other hand, you’ll be surprised to know how energised and motivated you feel towards your business once you know that you have done something really good for others.

Take care of your health

Develop a healthy lifestyle

Many times fatigue and hopelessness originate from an unhealthy lifestyle. If you’re slouching all the time, if you’re eating junk food most of the time, if you don’t spend much time under the sun and if you don’t give much exercise to your muscles, eventually your body will feel weakened and since your brain too is a part of your body an unhealthy body begins to harbour an unhealthy mind. And you cannot hope to prosper with an unhealthy, hopeless, depressed mind. In most of the cases, hopelessness is not circumstantial, especially when there is no cause around you, it has got a lot to do with how you take care of yourself.

So, develop a healthy regime. You don’t have to aim for the sixpacks. Just get up often and do some stretching. Climb up and down stairs. Play a raucous game with the kids. Make love to your loved one whenever possible. Prepare your own, healthier breakfast lunch and dinner. Eat lots of vegetables and drink lots of fresh water (avoid soft drinks and canned juices). Play a game of basketball, football or hockey with your friends. Go for trekking. Get physical, as much as possible.

Get some intellectual nourishment

Get intellectual nourishment

As you need physical exercise, you also need to provide intellectual nourishment to your brains. Just because you’re promoting this program or that program on the Internet and worrying about increasing your affiliate income or recruiting new affiliates it doesn’t mean this is the only mental exercise you require. As a human being you also need to develop intellectually. So set aside some time to reading literature. Read poetry if you want. Read philosophy and religion. Read essays and commentaries. Buy some fiction and non-fiction books of your preference and make a point to read them. Think about them, and if possible jot down your thoughts on them. Intellectual growth is as important as financial growth. It gives you mental stability and makes you more objective.

So these are a few things, a few steps that you can take everyday to ward off fatigue and hopelessness while running your small business. Initially you might think your time will be better spent on your work, but actually you will get more performance boost if you incorporate at least some of these activities into your day to day routine. Two hours of alertness, positivity and productivity are a lot better than five hours of slogging achieving just two hours of productivity.

To save spending and keep hosting costs low you should have a main domain name where you can install future products without having to purchase more domains.

In future when you create unique products of your own you should dedicated a domain name for it. But for resell rights products it’s best to store them in
a sub-domain.

For example:
http://www.tiptopmarketer.com/ (blog + list builder)
http://www.tiptopmarketer.com/magicaffiliatecash (offer)
